Please check in yourself at the self-check-in kiosk as follows:

1. Touch the screen.
2. Click on "Check-in with reservation" (enter your name or booking number).
3. Confirm the privacy policy.
4. Enter your last name (correctly spelled).
5. Search for your reservation.
6. Check-in.
7. Fill in your personal details, sign, and confirm.
8. Click on "Terms & Conditions".
9. Confirm and pay.
10. On the right side, use the payment terminal: hold or insert your credit/debit card.
    • If you have already paid, you will proceed to the next step directly.
    • (Please note that the bed tax of €3 per person per day must also be paid by card at the check-in kiosk.)
11. Your room key card will be dispensed; please take it from the machine.
12. Click "An arrival document will be printed for you at the counter" or choose to receive it by email.
13. Your room number will also be displayed on the screen (if no paper confirmation is printed).
14. Hold your room key card against the small black box (left of the display case).
15. A green light will appear, and you can open the hotel door.

Check-out & Lost Cards:

• If you wish to check out while reception is closed, please drop your key card into our mailbox (right side, outside the hotel).
• If you have forgotten your key card in the room, use the self-check-in kiosk under "Lost access card", following the same steps.
